All managers and coaches are volunteers.  Umpires are volunteers.    Parents are encouraged to offer positive participation in the league and/or a team.  Please contact your manager to learn how you can help!

All volunteers are carefully screened to protect the safety of your child.  BNLL completes background checks on all volunteers who have persistent and regular contact with children.

PARENTS INVOLVEMENT
Parents of players are expected to contribute their efforts in order for their children to participate.

Bend North Little League encourages positive adult participation.  Although one person usually heads a team, the contributions of many are critical to provide a fun, enjoyable and memorable experience for all--and the cooperation of the parents is essential.  Parents are encouraged to help out!
